Hello, my name is Mandy and I am thrilled to help you to quit cigarettes.

My interest in hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming began back in 1991 when I attended my first course in NLP and started to learn how simple, quick and painless it is in effecting positive and permanent change. I started to use self-hypnosis products regularly and found that I was easily able to change my behaviour or state. In 1993, I was lucky enough to use a professional hypnotherapist to overcome a severe fear and dread of needles, and my fascination and love of hypnotherapy continued to grow. I am sure I don't need to tell you the hypnosis was extremely effective and my fear disappeared.

During this time I was completing my BA (Hons.) in Humanities (English, Psychology and Sociology) and later, post-graduate qualifications in secondary-school teaching. I have more than eleven years' experience as a high-school teacher, specialising in Behaviour Management. Over the years, I have used NLP and hypnosis in many aspects of my personal and professional life with great success. However, my passion continues to be helping people to effect personal change.

I am certified as a Master Practitioner of NLP, NLP trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I look forward to helping you add an average of fourteen years to your life, gain greater health, wealth and happiness, and most of all I look forward to assisting you to become a fresh-air breathing person for life.
